My approach to coaching is based on positive energy, mutual respect and genuine connection with young people. I believe that children and teenagers respond best when they are treated as individuals — not as numbers in a group. My role as a coach goes beyond teaching technique: I aim to create an environment in which students feel comfortable, challenged and motivated to grow.
